***NEW*** 2025 Registration via Clubforce

All club members can register via the Clubforce website. Click on the link below, create a Clubforce account, complete the Ballinkillen GAA registration form, and select your payment option: either a once-off annual payment, or monthly payments. There is no need to register separately on the GAA's Foireann website; we will upload your membership details directly from the registration form below.  For returning members, your lotto numbers will remain the same as last year's.

How do I register?

All club members must register on the Clubforce system above. If it's your first time using Clubforce, click "Create Account" and sign into your account. If you're returning to Clubforce, sign into your account. Select your membership option and click "Add to Cart ..." Your lotto numbers will remain the same as last year's.

Now complete the Clubforce registration form. 

For any of the family membership plans, please ensure that at least one adult parent or guardian registers along with any child registering.

There is no need to register separately on the GAA's Foireann system. We will upload your information from the Clubforce registration form directly onto Foireann.

Once you have completed the registration form, proceed to "Checkout ..." There are once-off annual and monthly payment options available: 10 monthly installments payable March - December.

***NEW*** A free hurl and use of a club helmet for all new players up to U8, and subsidised helmet prices

From 2023, we are providing all newly registered juvenile players with a new correctly sized hurl, and use of a club helmet at training and games. This will allow any young player try out the excellent facilities and coaching structures available in Ballinkillen GAA without the expense of buying a hurl or helmet.

If any parent wants to buy a club helmet, we will make helmets (sizes XS, S, or M) available at a subsidised price of €30.

***NEW*** All U23 players now included in family membership plans

From 2023, we are expanding all family membership plans to include all Under 23 players (born in 2000-). This means that both parents and 1, 2, or 3 (or more) children can register under the following family membership plans:

• 1 juvenile or U23 player + 2 parents: €100. Includes 1 club lotto ticket per week
• 2 juvenile or U23 players + 2 parents: €180. Includes 2 club lotto tickets per week
• 3 or more juvenile or U23 players + 2 parents: €240. Includes 3 club lotto tickets per week

All family membership plans include use of the club walking track. If parents or players over 18 want to use the club gym, the following family membership plans include gym membership:

• 1 juvenile or U23 + 1 parent + gym: €180. Includes 2 club lotto tickets per week
• 1 or more juveniles or U23s + 2 parents + gym: €240. Includes 3 club lotto tickets per week

Adult (Over 23) membership plans

• 1 adult non-playing member: €100. Includes 1 club lotto ticket
• 1 adult player: €240. Includes 3 club lotto tickets + gym
• 1 adult non-playing member + gym: €180. Includes 2 club lotto tickets + gym
